Reigniting Brotherhood: Uniting Collegiate Chapters Nationwide
With the help of the collegiate chapters, I will develop programs and events designed to strengthen interpersonal bonds between collegiate brothers across chapters. This includes inter-chapter networking summits, mentorship exchanges, and digital platforms for collaboration—ensuring every brother feels connected, supported, and proud to represent Phi Beta Sigma.
Inspiring Scholarship: Advancing Academic and Professional Growth
I will foster a culture of academic excellence. I will introduce chapter-based academic support initiatives, including tutoring partnerships, study halls, and scholarship databases. I will also promote career readiness through resume workshops, internship pipelines, and alumni-led professional development series.
Strengthening Service: Amplifying Our Impact Locally and Globally
I will empower collegiate brothers to lead service initiatives that address both campus and community needs. I will encourage the organization to provide resources for sustainable service projects, encouraging participation in national campaigns, allowing brothers to gain leadership experiences and to make meaningful contributions aligned with Phi Beta Sigma’s mission.
